Structural reinforcement

When the reinforced concrete building structure system and seismic bearing capacity do not meet the requirements, the following structural reinforcement methods should be adopted:


1) The one-way frame should be strengthened, or changed to a two-way frame, or measures to strengthen the integrity of the building and roof and at the same time add seismic wall, seismic support and other anti-side force members.


2) When the single-span frame does not meet the appraisal requirements, anti-seismic wall, wing wall, anti-seismic support and other anti-side force members should be added within the interval greater than the maximum interval of the seismic wall of the frame-seismic wall structure and not greater than 24m. Or change the single-span frame corresponding to the axis to a multi-span frame.


3) When the reinforcement or bearing capacity of the frame beam and column does not meet the identification requirements, reinforcement methods such as outsourcing steel, enlarged section method, sticky steel plate or sticky carbon fiber can be used for reinforcement.

4) When the axial compression ratio of the frame column does not meet the identification requirements, the reinforced section method can be used for reinforcement.


5) When the stiffness of the house is weak, obviously uneven or has obvious torsion effect, reinforced concrete seismic wall or wing wall can be presented for reinforcement, and support reinforcement can also be provided.


6) When the reinforcement of the reinforced concrete seismic wall does not meet the identification requirements, the original wall can be thickened or additional end columns and walls can be added.


7) When the stair components do not meet the identification requirements, the steel plate, carbon cloth or enlarged section method can be used for reinforcement.
