Prestressed carbon plate reinforced garage

Prestressed carbon plate reinforced garage

Project Name: Prestressed Carbon Plate Reinforcement for Automobile Ramp

Disease: The exit location of the basement, because too much soil on the ground caused the floor to bend down, resulting in cracks in the floor and beam.

Reinforcement scheme:

1) Glue and seal the cracks of the original concrete slab members. Injected glue uses modified epoxy resin repair materials.

2) The frame beam at the bottom of the ramp is reinforced with carbon fiber cloth.

3) The car ramp is reinforced with external adhesive prestressed carbon fiber plate:

3.1) The concrete of the original component shall be chiseled to the concrete base, and the defective part of the concrete shall be chiseled to the solid base, and the corrosion of the reinforcing bars shall be derusted.

3.2) All holes through the original component are mechanically drilled to avoid damage to the original reinforcement.

3.3) Φ3 steel wire mesh is hung on the surface of all exposed steel plates after reinforcement, and the protective layer of polymer mortar is applied, and the thickness of the protective layer is not less than 30mm.
