1.the key to anchorage of rebars is hole cleaning. It is harmful to the bonding between glue and concrete, which makes it difficult to achieve the designed bond strength and affect the anchoring quality.


2. determine the reasonable anchorage parameters, such as drilling diameter, drilling depth, and so on.


3. when the colloid is prepared, the metering must be accurate. Otherwise, the time of colloid condensation is not good. It will even cause the colloid to solidify and contract, and the bond strength will decrease. The injection planting adhesive will be much better. The colloid should be put into the hole immediately after the colloid is prepared.


4. the amount of glue should be mastered accurately, not too much or too little. Too much, the colloid will leak out when the bar is inserted, causing waste or pollution; few colloids are not full enough, and the bond strength is not enough. In general, it is suitable to fill the depth of three.


5. when inserting the steel bar, we should pay attention to rotating in one direction, and insert the side of the rotary edge so that the colloid and the steel bar are fully bonded.


6. before construction, the bond strength of the colloid and the bond strength of the glue to the steel and the adhesive and concrete are tested to meet the requirements of the construction and the specifications.


8. before drilling, a steel bar detector should be used to determine the position of steel bar in the original structure, so as to avoid damage to the original steel bar when drilling.


9., the first and second grade steel lap joints should be welded with one side. In order to ensure the anchorage quality of planted bars, the welding should be carried out after 24 hours after planting. The solder joint should be more than 15d from the surface of the concrete substrate. The wet towel with ice water impregnated should be applied to wrap the root of the exposed bars.


10., structural adhesive is completely solidified, which is a non-toxic material. But before curing, some components are irritating to skin and eyes, and it is not easy to clean after curing. Therefore, construction workers should pay attention to proper labor protection, such as safety helmet, work clothes and gloves. After direct contact with the human body, rinse clean with clean water.

Quality acceptance criteria for reinforcing bar


It is an important process to check the quality of the field. In general, the following three kinds of tests are used to control the quality.


1. field pullout test

In the construction site, it is first selected not to participate in the force, the non important position or the concrete face to be chiseled for planting reinforcement, and to achieve the design strength to carry out the anti pull test. The test standard is not pulled out when the reinforcing bar reaches the design strength, and the concrete is well qualified at this time.


2. field pullout test

The steel bar with the same diameter as the steel bar is used to weld the bar. Then the anti pull-out test was carried out and the same requirement was achieved.


3. unpull-out non destructive test on site

For each steel bar of the same specification, 100 samples were randomly sampled, and each group had 3 roots. The test was carried out. If the tensile strength was not reached when the design value was reached, the quality of the construction was qualified.
