How to reinforce the cracks in the cast-in-place concrete floor?

Today, I will talk about the crack grouting reinforcement method, which is one of the commonly used methods for the reinforcement of floor cracks. It is mainly aimed at early shrinkage cracks and is unlikely to continue to develop due to environmental impact. This method is more economical. After repairing, it is necessary to observe the cracks for one month to monitor the reinforcement effect.

When it comes to cracks, there are three main categories:

(1) Penetrating cracks> 0.5mm will cause corrosion of steel bars and affect the function of use. Automatic low-pressure grouting epoxy resin glue is used;

(2) Non-penetrating cracks with a width> 0.3mm will cause corrosion of steel bars and affect the durable bearing capacity of the structure. ECM water emulsion epoxy mortar or joint sealant is used for sealing treatment;

(3) Non-penetrating cracks with a width of ≤0.3mm have no harmful effect on the structural bearing capacity and durability, so it is not necessary to deal with it.

The standard construction process of HORSE grouting glue

First, remove the stucco layer within 10cm on both sides of the crack

According to the design requirements, slotting along the crack direction, grinding and trimming and cleaning up

Install the glue nozzle, the distance is about 10~30cm

Use HORSE sealant to seal cracks

After the sealing glue is solidified, start venting and pressure test. If there is any leakage, the glue injection nozzle should be repaired or re-embedded in time

Configure the HORSE joint sealant according to the specified ratio, and mix evenly without bubbles

Use the glue injection device to suck in the configured HORSE crack repair glue, and inject it from the glue nozzle. When glue overflows from the next glue nozzle, close the current glue nozzle and inject glue in sequence. The glue injection sequence should follow from low to high, and from side to side

After the glue has initially set, remove the glue injection device and the glue nozzle, and use the HORSE sealant to smooth it out

After the glue is cured for 7 days, carry out quality inspection
